U. of Wisonsin Heisman Hopeful Montee Ball Jumped On Campus

Montee Ball, Wisconsin's beast of a running back, was jumped on campus by 5 men according to a report by TMZ.com.  The report says Ball was jumped by the 5 men and repeatedly kicked after being knocked to the ground.  He has since been released from the hospital.  He better let this go if he wants to be a high draft pick in the NFL next year.  Watch Montee "Ball" out last season in the video below.

Another win for Derek Jeter.  According to a reports, Jeter was spotted out with 22 year old Ralph Lauren model Hannah Davis in the Meatpacking District in New York getting cozy.  Anytime Jeter is out with a hot chick it's rumored he's dating them.  Can't blame the public for thinking so, Jeter has a great track record with beautiful women.  He's one of my heroes, along with the Gronk, George Clooney, and Reggie Bush!  Peep more photos of Hannah and her hotness below:

Badminton Players Booted From The Olympics For Trying To Lose

Trying to lost is not sexy, neither are we...win win.

File this one under WEIRD OLYMPIC SPORTS NEWS OF THE DAY.  8 players from Chinese, South Korean, and the Indonesian national badminton teams were thrown out of the Olympics for trying to lose so that they could face easier competitions in the following rounds.  The players had all qualified for the next round already, but still had other matches to play, which they tried to lose to get an easier pairing in the following round.  Guess I just got the ONLY badminton story I'll ever have in my life!  But seriously, who tries to lose at any sport, let alone badminton?

SMU Football Players Call Cops To Report Burglary By Prostitute!!

So a few SMU football players thought it would be a great idea to invite a prostitute over to their pad, have her perform her 'services', then deny her payment for those 'services' which they had already agreed to pay.  Well, they left her at their place (super smart move) and went to SMU's end of the year banquet, only to come back with over $3000 of their stuff stolen. Laptops, video games, and televisions were amongst the items stolen.  I'm trying to figure out at what point do you stop slapping yourself and realize: 'I actually have to call the cops now'....sounds like a scene from dumb and dumber.

Tennessee Titans Wide Receiver O.J. Murdock Found Dead

Very sad news coming out of Tampa today as O.J. Murdock, a reserve wide receiver for the Tennessee Titans has been found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.  The report via Yardbarker states Murdock's body was found in front of his old high school in Tampa, Florida where he ran track and played football until he graduate in 2006.  Murdock hadn't reported to camp yet this year for what was listed as personal reasons.  He had missed all of last year due to personal reasons.  Very disheartening news heading into the NFL season.

Olympic Officials Hatin' On Ryan Lotche's Grill

Ryan Lochte is a beast of a swimmer.  He's the next great hope in the pool after US swim team mate and fellow Olympian Michael Phelps.  Lochte won gold in the 400 meter individual medley as he defeated Phelps and the rest of the field.  Lochte has been known to celebrate with his medals around his neck while sporting his 'icy' custom platinum grill in his mouth after races.  According to ESPN's Wayne Drehs when he Lochte tried rocking his grill on the podium, an Olympic official told him that he wouldn't receive his medal if he did.  The Olympic officials must not have heard of SWAG!  Lotche wearing a grill after races isn't anything new as he has numerous photos over the years of him with it in.  Sucks he got tired and lost the lead and they had to settle for silver in the 4x100 meter relays.  Lotche's the man, cool dude, and a #Gator!
